One thing I will always regret is the environment my younger brother grew up in. We had a very hostile household and I didn’t do much to make it better, for a long while. My father would blame me for his divorce, for ruining his life because I was born, and a lot of hurtful things. I, obviously was very hurt and having anger management issues as a teenager, I fought back just as hard, getting into loud arguments and making my father explode. My brother wanted nothing more for us to stop, but I wanted to stick up for myself instead. Up until I got my anger under control, I lashed out on my little brother, often for no real reason. I only wish he remember his childhood as happy, and not angry… like it was for a while.

I think one of the hardest and strongest things you can do for yourself, is just remind yourself not to go back to that situation. Not physically, mentally, or emotionally. As hard as it is, do not let it control your thoughts, ruin your mood, or move your body. Stay strong, the grip will lessen.

I don’t know why, but I’m very apathetic towards living lately.
